What Appointment Type Should I Schedule?
- 60 minute problem: if you have a new problem (or many problems) with pain, mood, hormone management, and abnormal periods. This would be billed to your insurance as a 60 minute problem visit and is subject to your insurance copay and deductible.
- 30 minute problem: if you have a more simple problem like infections, birth control consultation, vaginal dryness, or skin irritation. This would be billed to your insurance as a 30 minute problem visit and is subject to your insurance copay and deductible.
- Annual + problem: if you want your annual wellness exam plus you are having a new problem that could need new medication. These are two separate visits done at the same time. This would be billed to your insurance as an annual exam (the visit and pap are free if your insurance is Affordable Care Act compliant) plus a problem visit (which would be subject to your insurance copay and deductible).
- Annual: for an annual wellness exam plus refills if needed (the visit and pap are free if your insurance is Affordable Care Act compliant)*Procedures done during your first appointment may be available.
